Mock-Ups:
For years it has been difficult to visualize the possibilities and results of aesthetic dentistry on individuals. Dr. Atwood implements the mock-up system devised to simulate right on your teeth what your actual new smile will look like. The mock-up can be shaped to lengthen teeth, close noticeable gaps between teeth and create the illusion of a straighter smile. The realization of the possibilities can be a dramatic experience.

Porcelain Veneers:
These laboratory fabricated pieces of porcelain are permanently bonded on the front surface of the tooth. Minimal shaping of the natural tooth is involved and, in some cases, without the aid of anesthetic. Veneers are beautiful restorations that are natural, stainresistant, and a viable solution for many patients dental esthetic needs.


Porcelain Crowns:
Lab fabricated crowns are tooth colored restorations that are strong and aesthetically pleasing. Gum tissue responds extremely well to this material, as no metal is used in their creation. Many patients are now replacing old silver fillings and gold crowns with all porcelain materials.

Bridge Work and Appliances:
Dr. Atwood uses a modified bridge that provides patients aesthetically pleasing results with amazing longevity and no metal. Special devices and appliances can be designed for temporary and permanent restorations, which may include porcelain crowns for implants.
